For one-skillet breakfast inspiration, turn to TikTok, where creative home chefs have whipped up a variety of amazing one-skillet breakfast dishes. Here are five recipes from TikTok that you need to try.

This one-skillet loaded potato breakfast casserole is packed with cheese and bacon. To make it, start by cooking an entire package of bacon in a cast iron skillet. Then set it aside. Cook a bag of frozen diced potatoes in the bacon grease, and add the bacon back in. Top with nacho cheese. Then fry four eggs in the potato mixture. Top the casserole with shredded cheese and sour cream, and dig in!

Who says you can’t eat pizza for breakfast? This one-skillet breakfast pizza is keto-friendly and so delicious! Start by forming a dough by mixing shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, eggs, baking powder and almond flour. Press the dough into the bottom of a greased skillet, and pop it in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Next, pour eight whisked eggs into the dough, and top with cooked bacon crumbles, breakfast sausage, bell peppers, onions and shredded cheese. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, slice and enjoy!

These sweet blueberry breakfast oats are vegan, gluten-free and taste just like a soft cookie. To make them, mix applesauce, peanut butter, coconut sugar, oat flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Then fold in blueberries, and pour the mixture into two mini skillets. (For a full-sized skillet, TikToker @maggiebakesgrace advises viewers to double the recipe.) Bake the skillets at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes, and finish the dish by topping it with fresh blueberries.

For a hearty, easy-to-make breakfast, try this one-skillet breakfast quesadilla. Start by pouring whisked eggs into a skillet, and top with a tortilla. Once the eggs are cooked, flip the tortilla over and top it with cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese. Fold the tortilla, and then flip it to brown both sides. Once the tortilla is golden brown on the outside, remove it from the pan, slice it and serve!

This sweet potato and kale breakfast skillet is vegetarian, healthy and simple to throw together. Start by seasoning sweet potato chunks with avocado oil and spices. Then fry them in a skillet with red bell peppers and onions. Top with kale. Then crack an egg into the center of the skillet, and cook until the egg reaches your desired doneness. Top the dish with salsa, green onions, cilantro, jalapeños and hot sauce.
