Le Creuset is known for its colorful enameled cast-iron cookware. From deep blue Dutch ovens to pastel purple mugs, the brand offers something for every kitchen. However, this week, Le Creuset released a new color for spring — and it’s a beautiful green the brand is appropriately calling Olive.

The Olive collection is a collaboration with Williams Sonoma and it’s inspired by European olive groves. However, it’s also the perfect color for spring. Yes, even if you hate olives, you could say that this briny color is reminiscent of fresh-cut grass, flower stems and other foliage. (And it’s a little retro, right?) The Olive color features the brand’s signature ombre coloring and shiny glaze, and pairs well with white and neutral kitchens to add a crisp yet light pop of color.

You can find the new colorful cookware at Le Creuset and at Williams Sonoma, both online and in stores. There are at least 11 different items in the Olive color, including a Dutch oven in two sizes, a skillet, a braiser, a stockpot and bakers. However, this color has proven to be popular. Since launching a few days ago, a few pieces have already sold out on Le Creuset’s website.

You can see a preview of the Le Creuset Olive Collection below by browsing a few items still in stock. But, make sure to check out even more items on Williams Sonoma’s website. And if you like what you see, you may want to get it fast.

Le Creuset first started in 1925 with the cocotte (the French word for Dutch oven). So you could say the brand is an expert in making the versatile cookware item. Luckily, you can get its signature Dutch oven in a few sizes in the new Olive color, including a round and oval shape.

The skillet is one of the most used pieces of cookware in any kitchen. Since this one is cast iron, it’s safe to use on the stove, in the oven, on the grill or just about anywhere.

Le Creuset’s stoneware bakers come in a set of two, so you’ll get a 5-inch dish and an 8-inch dish. They’re broiler, oven and microwave safe, so you can use them to roast, bake and reheat your meals.
